Refund and Returns Policy

At Cali Plate Store, we take pride in the quality of our products and the satisfaction of our customers. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help you navigate the return and refund process.

1. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • In their original, unopened packaging with all seals intact.

  • Purchased within the last 30 days.

  • Accompanied by a valid receipt or proof of purchase.

Note: Due to the nature of our products, used items or products with broken safety seals cannot be returned for health and safety reasons.

2. The Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email notification regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved Refunds: A credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.

  • Partial Refunds: In certain situations, only partial refunds may be granted (e.g., items not in original condition or damaged for reasons not due to our error).

3. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a product that is damaged or defective upon arrival, please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for a prepaid return label and a prompt replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

4. Shipping Costs

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning non-defective items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your total.
